Sarah leads the firm’s intellectual property practice. She advises international consumer brands, technology companies and manufacturers on building and enforcing IP portfolios in China.
Her practice spans trademark and patent strategy, trade secret programs, anti-counterfeiting actions and unfair competition disputes. Before joining the firm, Sarah headed the China legal function for a global consumer group, giving her an in-house perspective on what an enforcement programme has to look like to be worth running.
Sarah is admitted in China and writes and speaks frequently on brand protection in the Chinese market.
