Junxia Wu has practised Chinese law since 2009, with a practice covering corporate compliance, investment and M&A, civil and commercial matters, and intellectual property.
Much of that work has been as standing and ad hoc counsel to listed companies and state-owned enterprises across China. It has given Wu a working knowledge of how businesses in China are actually run — management, production and operations, compliance and risk control, investment and financing, and tax. That allows the legal position to be weighed alongside the commercial one, so the advice given is a course of action the client can actually take.
Wu holds a Master of Laws in Civil and Commercial Law from Peking University.
